First of all I would like to say a massive ‘THANK YOU’ for the time you spent with me recently, it really was invaluable and something that I found extremely helpful. You really are the first Coach that I have ever really engaged with and that is down to your immediate warmth and friendliness which made me feel extremely comfortable in opening up and discussing my business.
Prior to our initial discussion I was running around like a bit of a busy idiot. Following on from our Discovery call, it really made me think about what do I want to achieve and what do I need to do to achieve it.
The Discovery call helped me put in place ‘what a good week looks like’ and also emphasised the importance of having a plan in place to keep track and also enabling me to focus to ensure I was hitting my goals and sufficient income to continue living comfortably.
The biggest impact to me was that I came off our call with a real ‘buzz’, I feel that although there were a number of areas I had to improve, you really gave me the confidence that I had made a good start. You really did help me to focus on the positives, not the negatives and just make some tweaks to ensure that I am successful. Thank you"!

We are Donna and Cheryl and we are so happy that you've found us!
Join us in The Soul System our inspirational online community, a movement where each individual takes ownership of their own life, making positive decisions and change, creating an amazing ripple effect on the world, person by person. Have you heard of the butterfly effect? That's what we're aiming to do and we want you to be part of our success story!
Through our own lives, the highs and the lows (and all the bits in between!), we have acquired lots of the tools and honed many of the skills that it has taken to build our own dream lives and we are lucky enough to be realising ours. We want to pay that forward to you! Share our lessons with the world because we believe that power comes from being brave enough to be your authentic self and lead others to feel inspired enough to do the same.
Our life was not always this great. Before we developed our own strong sense of self, we were both living lives that did not feel true to us. We were in relationships that were toxic, jobs that did not fulfill us and we were always scared to look at the bank balance from the middle of the month as it was never good news. And we weren't particularly kind to ourselves either...
Now we get to work with amazing people who are ready for change, through One On One's, group programmes, intensives and soon there will be retreats too! Being part of that transformation, when the people we coach have their 'aha' moments and you witness that shift in mindset, is a real privilege and never feels like work. Seeing people go out and get promotions, live a healthier more balanced lifestyle, improve their intimate relationships or connect with what their dream life will be, is unbelievable. However, the greatest gift of all, is when you see someone transform the relationship they have with themself...That's where the magic really happens. There's nothing quite like it!
It's our life's mission to take you on that road of personal discovery and fulfilment. To show you the way to ultimate success on your terms, for whatever that means to you.
